German-speaking Customer Advisor

About the position

For our international location in Greece, we are looking for German-speaking customer advisors (m/f/d) who would like to become part of a dynamic and multicultural team. In this role, you will look after customers of a leading global company and actively contribute to a positive customer experience.

Your tasks

• Handling incoming customer inquiries by phone, email and/or chat
• Competent advice and support for product and service enquiries
• Resolution of technical or administrative issues
• Documentation of customer contacts in the system
• Ensuring high customer satisfaction
• Compliance with internal quality and service standards

Your profile

• Very good written and spoken German (C1/C2)
• Good knowledge of English (B1-B2)
• Strong communication skills and service orientation
• Problem-solving skills and structured way of working
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to work in a team and intercultural openness
• Initial experience in customer service is an advantage, but not mandatory
