We are hiring German & Dutch-speaking Customer Advisors for a hybrid role in Ghent, Belgium, within a well-established international company in the automotive sector.

This role is ideal for candidates who are open to relocation and want to build a long-term career in an international environment.

What you'll be doing:
– Supporting customers via phone, email, and internal systems
– Handling inquiries related to services and products
– Ensuring a high-quality customer experience
– Working within an international, structured team

Work setup:
– Hybrid model (after training)
– Based in Ghent, Belgium
– 24/7 rotational shifts
– 7h30 working day + 30 min break

Important before applying:
– You must be fully flexible with rotational shifts (including nights & weekends)
– Initial contract structure is 1–3–6 months
– First month is fully on-site training
– After that: only 1 day/week remote

What we're looking for:
– Fluent German & Dutch (both required)
– Previous customer service experience is a plus
– Strong communication skills and reliability
– Open to relocation
