Are you a Lithuanian speaker living in Portugal and looking for a stable remote job with an international company?

A global customer experience company is expanding its multilingual team and is looking for Lithuanian-speaking Customer Support Advisors to support a Digital Automotive Services project.

This is a fully remote role for candidates already living in mainland Portugal.

What you will do

  • Support customers in Lithuanian and English

  • Handle inquiries via phone, email, and chat

  • Provide accurate information about digital services

  • Solve customer issues and ensure a positive experience

  • Record interactions in internal systems

Requirements

Native or fluent Lithuanian
English B2 level or higher
Currently living in Portugal (mainland)
Strong communication skills
Customer-focused mindset

Salary & Benefits

920€ base salary (14 months)
45€ complexity bonus (11 months)
Meal allowance: 7.63€ per day

Monday – Friday
