We are currently seeking motivated Czech-speaking Customer Service Agents to join our award-winning international team. This is a 100% remote position available to anyone currently living in—or moving to—Greece.

Your Responsibilities
Provide high-quality customer support in Czech via phone, email, and live chat.
Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve account inquiries efficiently.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing empathetic, professional service.
Update customer databases and document interactions in English.
Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policy changes.
Requirements (Czech & English)
Language: Full professional proficiency in Czech (C1/C2) and English (B2).
Tech Skills: Proficiency with Windows/macOS and the ability to learn new CRM software quickly.
Home Office: A quiet workspace and a high-speed internet connection (minimum 20 Mbps).
Soft Skills: Strong multitasking abilities and a patient, problem-solving mindset.
Eligibility: Valid EU Passport or the legal right to work in Greece.
