Polish & English Digital Trust & Safety Spec

Location: Sofia, Bulgaria

We are looking for a Polish & English Digital Trust & Safety Specialist to join an international team in Sofia, Bulgaria. In this role, you will help create a safer online environment by reviewing user-generated content and advertisements to ensure they comply with platform policies and community standards.

What You Will Do

• Review and moderate user-generated content, advertisements, and other platform materials.
• Identify content that violates community guidelines and platform policies.
• Make accurate moderation decisions by following established policies and procedures.
• Escalate complex or sensitive cases to the appropriate teams when required.
• Maintain high levels of accuracy, productivity, and quality.
• Contribute to creating a safe and trustworthy online environment.
• Handle content that may occasionally include sensitive or graphic material, including violence.

Requirements

• Polish proficiency (C1 or higher).
• English proficiency (B2 or higher).
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical thinking.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Good computer literacy and ability to work with multiple systems.
• Ability to make objective decisions while following detailed moderation guidelines.
• Emotional resilience and professionalism when reviewing sensitive content.
• Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria.
• Availability to work rotational shifts Monday to Sunday.
