Are you passionate about streaming and technology? Help customers solve account, membership, video playback and technical issues through chat, email and occasional calls.

• Approx. €1,770 gross per month
• Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00
• Meal allowance, transport bonus and performance bonus

Previous contact-centre experience is preferred. This is an office-based position in Lisbon.
