Technical Customer Service Support – German + English (Relocation Lisbon)

About the Role

Are you a tech-savvy problem solver who speaks fluent German and English? We are looking for an enthusiastic Technical Customer Service Representative to join our team in the vibrant heart of Lisbon, Portugal!

Salary & Financial Package

We believe in full transparency. Here is the exact breakdown of your monthly and annual compensation package:

• Base Salary: €1,100 per month (Paid across 14 months per year, giving you extra holiday and Christmas payouts!)
• Language Allowance Breakdown:
  • German: €135 per month (Paid across 12 months)
• Meal Allowance: €7.63 per day (Paid for every working day, directly adding to your monthly take-home)
• Welcome Bonus: A guaranteed sign-on bonus paid out in 12 equal monthly installments during your first year of employment.

Benefits & Relocation Support

• Health Insurance: Available from Day 1 (with a small monthly contribution) and becomes 100% free after 6 months of your contract.
• Relocation from Outside Portugal: We provide shared accommodation for up to 12 months to make your move completely stress-free! (Specific housing details will be discussed during your interview; please note flight tickets are not provided).
• Relocation within Portugal: Available exclusively for Tier 1 language profiles (German, Nordics, and Dutch).

What We Are Looking For

• Languages: Native or fluent (C1/C2) in German, paired with strong professional English. (Fluency in French, Italian, or Dutch is a major plus!)
• Skills: Excellent communication skills, a passion for troubleshooting, and a desire to help others.
