As a German-speaking Customer Service Agent, you'll be at the forefront of transforming customer experiences for SquareTrade, a leader in global device protection. You'll play a crucial role in assisting customers with their claims, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a smooth and positive journey.
We invest in your success with a comprehensive 2-week induction training, followed by 2 weeks of practical on-the-job nesting, all conducted in-person to ensure you're fully prepared.
Earn a one-time training completion bonus of 450 EUR gross upon successful completion of your initial training.

Requirements:
German level C1, English level B2
Minimum education: High School Diploma, typing speed of at least 25 words per minute with 85% accuracy.
