Responsibilities
• Provide support to customers via chat, email, and phone
• Assist users with account and platform-related questions
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
• Work with internal teams to resolve issues
Requirements
• Native or fluent Czech
• Good English communication skills
• Strong customer service mindset
• Ability to work in rotating shifts
Salary & Benefits
• 920€ base salary × 14 months
• 45€ attendance bonus (11 months)
