Brazilian Portuguese Content Moderator

What You Will Be Doing

• Monitor and review different types of online content.

• Ensure posts, comments, and media follow platform guidelines.

• Identify harmful or inappropriate content and take appropriate action.

• Review reports submitted by users and investigate potential violations.

• Assist users with platform-related questions when required.

• Help maintain the quality and safety of online communities.

• Work closely with internal teams to improve moderation processes.

What We Expect from You

• Native or fluent Brazilian Portuguese (C1 level).

• English proficiency at B2 level or above.

• Experience in customer support, BPO, or similar roles (minimum 1 year preferred).

• Strong attention to detail and ability to make quick decisions.

• Good written communication skills.

• Ability to work with sensitive or complex content.

• Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

• Typing speed of at least 30 words per minute.
