Position: Marketing Customer Support Specialist (B2B)

Location: Lisbon, Portugal (On-site/Hybrid as per company policy)

What Will You Do?

As a B2B Support Specialist, you will be the backbone of our advertisers' success, helping businesses maximize their impact on the platform.

  • Troubleshoot & Support: Handle end-to-end product troubleshooting and customer support via email and chat channels.
  • Collaborate with Experts: Partner with in-house Product Operations and Engineering teams to resolve complex technical and product queries.
  • Drive Satisfaction: Ensure "Best in Class" productivity and impact resolution times, keeping customer satisfaction (CSAT) at an all-time high.
  • Educate Users: Team up with technical specialists to educate advertisers on exciting product features and best practices.

Work Schedule & Flexibility

We need a team that is agile and ready to scale!

  • Initial Phase: Monday to Sunday, covering a 12-hour window (07:00 – 19:00) with two rotating shift options:

    • Shift A: 07:00 – 16:00
    • Shift B: 10:00 – 19:00
  • Future Phase (TBC): Transitioning to a 24/7 rotative shift schedule (Monday to Sunday) with 2 rotating days off per week.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: €1,000 per month (paid over 14 months per year!)
  • Attendance Bonus: €40 per month (paid over 11 months)

Who Are We Looking For?

  • Fluency in Italian (C1/C2) and a strong command of English (B2/C1).
  • A proactive mindset—you love finding initiatives to enhance service and improve the user experience.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask across chat and email channels.
  • An interest in digital marketing, social media ad products, or technical troubleshooting.
