We are currently hiring a Technical Customer Service Specialist to join an international support team based in Lisbon. This role focuses on providing both technical and customer support, ensuring users receive timely, accurate, and professional assistance.
This position offers the opportunity to work in a structured and multicultural environment supporting global customers while building technical troubleshooting and service skills.
What You Will Do
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in German and English
Provide technical and customer support for product or service-related issues
Troubleshoot and resolve user issues efficiently
Escalate complex cases to relevant technical teams when required
Accurately log and update customer interactions in internal systems
Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality
Requirements
German and English communication skills required
Must be currently based in Lisbon, Portugal
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Customer-focused mindset with technical interest or aptitude
Ability to work in a structured support environment
Previous experience in customer service or technical support is an advantage but not mandatory
