• Work Model: On-site in Lisbon, Portugal
  
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 07:30 AM – 08:00 PM (Rotational shifts)

Your Role As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the main point of contact for customers, assisting with inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering exceptional service using both your Italian and English skills in a collaborative environment.
