Danish Customer Support (Remote in Greece) + Relocation Support
Role: Danish-speaking Customer Experience Specialist
Location: 100% Remote (Must reside in Greece)
Package: Monthly Salary + 2 Extra Bonuses + Full Relocation
The Opportunity
Trade the Nordic chill for the Greek sun! We are hiring fluent Danish speakers to provide premium support for a global brand. This role is fully remote, allowing you to work from Athens, Thessaloniki, or any Greek island.
Your Responsibilities
Assist Danish-speaking customers via phone, chat, and email.
Resolve inquiries regarding orders, accounts, and technical troubleshooting.
Maintain high-quality service standards in a fast-paced environment.
Document interactions in English using our CRM system.
Requirements
Native or C1 level Danish (written and spoken).
B2 level English proficiency.
Strong communication skills and a problem-solving mindset.
Valid EU Passport or Greek work permit.
