Salary & Financial Package

We believe in full transparency from day one. Here is the exact breakdown of your monthly compensation package:

  • Base Salary: €1,100 per month (Paid across 14 months per year, giving you extra holiday and Christmas payouts!)
  • Dutch Language Allowance: €135 per month (Paid across 14 months, matching your base salary structure!)
  • Performance Allowance: €120 per month (Paid across 11 months per year)

What We Are Looking For

  • Languages: Native or fluent (C1/C2) in Dutch, paired with strong professional English. (Additional fluency in French, Italian, or German is a major plus!)
  • Skills: Strong communication skills, a natural problem-solving mindset, and a genuine passion for tech support.
  • Mindset: Highly adaptable, comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment, and eager to grow through constructive feedback.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide professional technical support and customer care to Dutch and English-speaking users.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot user issues efficiently while maintaining high satisfaction standards.
  • Navigate dynamic workflows smoothly and collaborate actively with team leads to implement feedback.
