We're Hiring: Arabic Speaker – Technical Customer Support | Lisbon, Portugal

ONLY for EU citizens or Residents in Portugal!

Location: Lisbon, Portugal (On-site)
Schedule:
Monday–Friday: 08:00 – 17:00
Sunday: 09:00 – 18:00
Saturday: OFF

Contract Type: CDI (Permanent Contract)
Trial Period: 3 Months

Salary & Benefits:
Base Salary: 914.30€ x14 months
Performance Bonus: 100€ x12 months
Meal Allowance: 7.23€ net/day
Health Insurance after 6 months
Relocation Package included
Flight Ticket Reimbursement after 6 months
Accommodation support: Private room for 280€/month (deducted from salary for 12 months)

Your Responsibilities:
Support customers via phone, email, chat, and social messaging channels
Handle pre-sales questions, technical troubleshooting, and general inquiries
Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and case documentation
Escalate complex issues when necessary
Manage ticket queues and collaborate with internal teams

Requirements:
Native Arabic speaker + English B2 level
Experience in technical customer support/troubleshooting is a plus
Experience in paid campaign management is mandatory
Degree in Marketing or related field
Experience in Digital Marketing
Contact Center experience in an Advertising Tech environment is an advantage
Familiarity with social media platforms and digital advertising
Strong customer service and communication skills
Team player with the ability to work independently
