Salary

€28,500 gross/year base salary + €9,000 performance bonus = €37,500 gross/year potential total compensation

About the Role

Join the Business Development team supporting Google Cloud solutions across EMEA. You will identify new business opportunities, engage potential clients, understand their technical needs, and recommend appropriate cloud solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business through outbound calls and emails.
• Identify and qualify potential B2B customers.
• Engage decision-makers, including C-level executives.
• Understand business challenges and recommend Google Cloud solutions.
• Manage sales leads, accounts, and opportunities in Salesforce.
• Meet individual and team sales targets and KPIs.

Requirements

• German C2 and English C1.
• Bachelor's degree (technical background preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of B2B sales or business development experience in the IT sector.
• Understanding of cloud computing and Google Cloud Platform.
• Experience in outbound sales, prospecting, and cold calling.
• Knowledge of CRM tools, preferably Salesforce.
• Strong communication, analytical, and negotiation skills.
• Goal-oriented and proactive approach.
