German Customer Support Specialist – Join our Team in Piraeus, Greece!

Unbeatable Financial Package:

Base Salary: €1,200 Gross per month.

Monthly Performance Bonus: Up to €150 extra.

Training Bonus: €100 reward upon successful completion of your initial training.

Working Hours & Location:

Schedule: Monday to Sunday, within the window of 09:00 – 23:00.

Location: Piraeus, the gateway to the Greek islands, featuring a vibrant port atmosphere and easy access to central Athens.

Your Role:

Handling inbound inquiries from German-speaking customers via phone, email, or chat.

Providing professional solutions and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Working closely with a multicultural team to meet quality targets.

Managing customer data accurately in our modern CRM system.

Requirements:

Languages: Native or near-native German (C1/C2) and fluent English (B2).

Availability: Ready to start your adventure on March 20th, 2026.

Skills: Strong communication skills, empathy, and basic computer literacy.

Flexibility: Comfortable working rotating shifts within the 09:00–23:00 timeframe.
