  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when needed.

  • Accurately document customer interactions and follow internal procedures.

  • Collaborate with team members to maintain service quality and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Fluent Danish (C1 level or near-native proficiency).

  • Good command of English (B2 level) for training and internal communication.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Comfortable working with computers and multiple digital tools.

  • Customer-focused attitude with strong problem-solving skills.

  • Previous experience in customer service is an advantage but not required.
