German & Dutch Customer Advisor | Ghent, Belgium (Hybrid)

We are currently looking for German and Dutch speakers for a Customer Advisor position in Ghent, Belgium, within an international company in the automotive sector.

Location: Ghent, Belgium
Work model: Hybrid
Start date: ASAP

Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and other channels
Provide support related to products and services
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Work in a dynamic, international environment

Working schedule:
24/7 rotational shifts
7 hours 30 minutes per day
30-minute break

Important conditions:
Candidates must be comfortable with rotational shifts, including nights and weekends
Initial contract structure is 1–3–6 months (not permanent from day one)
First month training is fully on-site
After training, only 1 day per week remote work is allowed

Requirements:
Fluency in German and Dutch (both required)
Previous customer service experience is an advantage
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Flexible and reliable
