Position: Service Advisor (Mandarin & Cantonese – Expat)
Shift: 9:00 AM – 9:30 PM (Shift-based)

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate, end-to-end support
• Communicate clearly with customers in Mandarin and Cantonese
• Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism
• Ensure customer satisfaction and service quality standards are met
• Work closely with internal teams to support operations

Requirements:

• Fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese (spoken)
• Bachelor’s Degree (required for Employment Pass eligibility)
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Able to adapt to a structured, performance-driven environment
