German & French-Speaking Helpdesk Opportunities | Porto

Ready to build your career in IT support while living in one of Portugal's most vibrant cities? We are looking for motivated German- and French-speaking professionals to join an international helpdesk team in Porto.

What we are looking for

• L1 Support: French and German language skills, with at least B2 proficiency in the second language; previous experience is not required
• L2 Support: Fluent French, good English, and previous experience in a similar IT support role
• Candidates must already live in or near Porto

What is offered

• Competitive salary paid 14 times per year
• €100 monthly productivity bonus during the first six months
• €25 monthly attendance bonus
• Approximately €126 monthly meal allowance
