Role Overview

We are looking for a German-speaking Customer Support Representative to join an international Market Line (ML) Customer Support Team in Greece. In this role, you will provide high-quality assistance to customers, ensuring satisfaction through professional support, troubleshooting, and solution-oriented service.

You will work in a dynamic, multicultural environment supporting customers of a leading global premium brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in German
  • Provide guidance and troubleshooting support for premium consumer products
  • Assist customers with orders, returns, repairs, warranties, and technical concerns
  • Deliver an outstanding customer experience with professionalism and empathy
  • Accurately document all customer interactions in internal systems and CRM platforms
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve complex cases
  • Meet KPIs related to service quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction

Candidate Requirements

  • Native or near-native level of German (C1/C2)
  • Good level of English (B2+) for internal communication
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Customer-first mindset and passion for delivering excellent service
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international work environment
  • Previous customer service or technical support experience is a plus
  • Comfortable using computers and support tools (CRM systems, ticketing platforms)
