Job Overview
We are currently seeking an Italian-speaking Customer Support Agent to assist customers with delivery services and shipment inquiries. This on-site role is based in Piraeus, Athens, Greece, offering the opportunity to work in an international team and develop strong customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities
