What you'll do:
- Be the Voice: Provide top-tier support to Polish-speaking customers via phone, chat, and email.
- Guide & Solve: Help customers choose the right products, facilitate sales, and handle everything from delivery tracking to returns.
- Keep Learning: You'll be cross-trained in multiple areas, ensuring your day-to-day is diverse and engaging.
- Stay Positive: Maintain a helpful attitude to ensure every customer leaves with a smile.
What you bring:
- Language Skills: Native or C1-level fluency in Polish and a good working knowledge of English (B2) for your training.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable with MS Office and a typing speed of 25+ wpm. (Bonus points if you know MacOS/iOS).
- The Right Attitude: You don't need prior experience! We're looking for enthusiastic learners who love communicating.
