Work Model: Monday – Friday (Rotating shifts 09:00 – 23:00)

The Role

You will be the voice of a global tech giant, assisting customers with innovative devices through phone, chat, and email. You'll handle everything from helping someone find their perfect new product to resolving delivery and after-sales inquiries.

What You'll Do

• Support & Guide: Help customers navigate product choices and resolve technical or order-related issues.
• Drive Success: Guide customers through the sales process and successfully close sales.
• Problem Solve: Handle after-sales tasks like tracking packages, managing returns, and processing cancellations.
• Grow Your Skills: Participate in weekly refresher trainings to stay ahead of tech trends.

What We're Looking For

• Language: C1 level (or higher) in German and B2 level in English.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using PCs and MS Office. Experience with MacOS or iOS is a big plus!
• Communication: Fast and accurate typing (25+ WPM) and a professional, friendly tone.
• Location: You must currently reside in the Athens/Piraeus area (no relocation provided).
