Serbian & English Digital Trust & Safety Spec

Location: Sofia, Bulgaria

Are you passionate about creating a safer online environment? We are looking for a Serbian & English Digital Trust & Safety Specialist to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria. In this role, you will review user-generated content and advertisements to ensure they comply with community standards and platform policies, helping to maintain a safe and trusted digital experience for millions of users.

Please note that this role involves reviewing content that may occasionally include violent or other sensitive material.

What You Will Do

• Review and moderate user-generated content and online advertisements.
• Identify content that violates platform policies and community guidelines.
• Evaluate reports and make accurate moderation decisions based on established procedures.
• Remove, restrict, or escalate content when necessary.
• Handle content that may include violence or other sensitive material while maintaining objectivity and professionalism.
• Document moderation decisions accurately using internal tools.
• Meet quality, accuracy, and productivity targets while maintaining a high standard of work.

Requirements

• Serbian proficiency (C1 or higher).
• English proficiency (B2 or higher).
• Excellent attention to detail and sound decision-making skills.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Good computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple systems.
• Emotional resilience and the ability to review potentially disturbing content professionally.
• Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria.
• Availability to work rotational shifts Monday to Sunday.
