We are currently looking for a Customer Service Representative to join an international team based in Lisbon, Portugal. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping customers, solving problems, and delivering excellent service in a dynamic and multicultural environment.
As part of the team, you will support customers through various communication channels while ensuring a positive customer experience and maintaining high service standards.
What You Will Do
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in French and English
- Provide accurate and timely support to customers
- Assist with resolving service-related questions and concerns
- Escalate complex cases to the appropriate teams when necessary
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Contribute to a high standard of customer satisfaction
Requirements
- French proficiency at C1 level required
- English proficiency at B2 level required
- Currently based in Lisbon, Portugal
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Customer-focused mindset and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a structured environment
- Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not essential
