We are currently looking for a Customer Service Representative to join an international team based in Lisbon, Portugal. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping customers, solving problems, and delivering excellent service in a dynamic and multicultural environment.

As part of the team, you will support customers through various communication channels while ensuring a positive customer experience and maintaining high service standards.

What You Will Do

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in French and English
  • Provide accurate and timely support to customers
  • Assist with resolving service-related questions and concerns
  • Escalate complex cases to the appropriate teams when necessary
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
  • Contribute to a high standard of customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • French proficiency at C1 level required
  • English proficiency at B2 level required
  • Currently based in Lisbon, Portugal
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Customer-focused mindset and attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively in a structured environment
  • Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not essential
