What You Will Do

• Handle customer inquiries via inbound calls
• Assist customers with product, billing, and account-related questions
• Resolve customer concerns and escalate complex cases when required
• Update customer information accurately in internal systems
• Identify relevant service opportunities while maintaining a customer-first approach
• Deliver a high standard of customer satisfaction

Requirements

• German communication skills required (C1 level or above)
• Good English communication skills required (B2 level or above)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Customer-focused mindset with good interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working in a structured and target-driven environment
• Previous customer service or call center experience is an advantage but not mandatory
