French Customer Support Representative - Porto | No Experience Needed

Role Overview

• Position: Customer Support Representative (Bouygues Telecom)
• Location: Porto, Portugal (On-site; candidates must reside within 30km)
• Start Date: June 25, 2026
• Schedule: Monday to Saturday, rotating shifts between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: Approx. €1,383 gross per month
• Meal Allowance: €9 per workday
• Performance Bonus: €100 per month for the first 3 months, then performance-based
• Transit Allowance: Transportation reimbursement up to €40 per month
• Health Care: Private Medical Insurance provided after 4 months of employment

Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and welcome Bouygues Telecom customers warmly.
• Assist customers across various channels with subscription inquiries, billing, and technical troubleshooting.
• Offer personalized solutions on every call while embracing and sharing the Bouygues Telecom culture daily.

Requirements

• Native-level or C2 proficiency in French.
• Reside within 30km of Porto, Portugal (Please note: relocation support is not provided).
• No prior experience required.
