We are hiring Lithuanian + English speakers for a Customer Service position in the Automotive Digital Services sector.

Location: Remote from Portugal (Porto and mainland Portugal)
Start Date: April 2026

Customer Service Specialist – Lithuanian Market

Working Hours

Monday to Friday
08:00 – 17:00
Weekends off

Salary & Benefits

920€ net salary (paid 14 times per year)
Meal allowance: 7.63€ per working day
Welcome bonus paid during the first year
Project bonus: 20€
Health insurance from Day 1 (free after 6 months)

Requirements

Fluent Lithuanian + English
Currently living in Portugal (Porto or mainland)
Valid documents to work in Portugal (EU ID / Residence Card / Manifestação de Interesse / Type D visa)
Good communication and customer service skills
