Job Overview

We are hiring for a French-speaking Customer Support / Car Rental Services Associate. The role involves assisting customers with car rental reservations, modifications, and general support inquiries in both French and English.

This position is ideal for individuals who are customer-focused, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced service environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer inquiries related to car rentals (reservations, changes, cancellations)
• Provide support in French and English via phone, email, or chat
• Assist customers with booking processes and rental conditions
• Resolve issues professionally and efficiently
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth rental operations
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and bookings

Work Arrangement

• Hybrid model: On-site and remote work available

Requirements

• Fluency in French and English
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work flexible shifts (including weekends)
• Basic computer literacy
• Previous customer support or travel/rental experience is a plus
