French & English Customer Service Rep

Location: Sofia, Bulgaria (Hybrid)

We are looking for a French & English Customer Service Representative to join an international team supporting logistics and delivery operations in Sofia, Bulgaria. This is an excellent opportunity to build your customer service career while assisting customers with shipment and delivery-related inquiries in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

What You Will Do

• Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with shipment tracking, delivery updates, undelivered parcels, lost shipments, and order-related inquiries.
• Resolve logistics and delivery-related issues efficiently while ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Accurately document customer interactions using internal systems and CRM tools.
• Escalate complex cases to the appropriate teams when necessary.
• Meet quality and productivity targets while delivering exceptional customer service.

Requirements

• French proficiency (C1 or higher).
• English proficiency (B2 or higher).
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Good computer literacy and ability to work with multiple systems.
• Previous customer service or logistics experience is an advantage but not required.
• Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria.
• Comfortable working in a hybrid work model.
• Available to work rotational shifts Monday to Saturday between 08:00 and 21:00.

• €1,500 gross relocation bonus (paid in two instalments)
