Job Title: Icelandic-Speaking Solutions Consultant
Location: Sofia, Bulgaria

We are currently hiring Icelandic-Speaking Solutions Consultants to join an international team in Sofia, Bulgaria. This is an excellent opportunity to build your career in customer support while working in a multicultural environment with comprehensive relocation support.

What You Will Do

• Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with account, payment, and digital service inquiries.
• Resolve non-technical troubleshooting issues across digital products and services.
• Accurately document customer interactions using internal systems.
• Escalate complex cases when required while ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Requirements

• Icelandic communication skills (C1 or higher) required.
• Good English communication skills (B2 or higher) required.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Good computer skills and attention to detail.
• Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Willingness to work on-site in Sofia, Bulgaria.
• Available to work rotational shifts Monday–Sunday (11:30–20:00).
