Portuguese-speaking Customer Expert – Athens, Greece | Fintech
Support business customers of a European digital-payments company through calls, chat and email, assisting with account verification, access, payments, card issuance and POS device troubleshooting.
Key details: On-site in Athens | €1,100 gross/month | Monday–Friday, 11:00–19:00 | Productivity bonus up to €180/month | Portuguese C1/native | English C1 | Previous experience is a plus but not required | Initial 8-month contract.
Important Info: Candidates must already reside in Greece and have a valid work permit/right to work in Greece.
