Job Overview

As a Slovenian Customer Support Specialist, you will provide professional support to customers through different communication channels while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide customer support in Slovenian and English

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat

• Resolve product or service-related issues efficiently

• Maintain high-quality customer service standards

• Document customer interactions in internal systems

• Collaborate with internal teams to improve service quality

Requirements

• Native or fluent Slovenian language

• English level B2 or higher

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Customer-oriented mindset

• Ability to work in rotating shifts

• EU citizenship or valid EU residency card

Work permits and Blue Cards are not accepted.

• 3700 BGN gross monthly salary

Relocation Support

Relocation candidates are welcome.

Work Schedule

Rotational shifts within the following hours:

Monday – Saturday: 09:00 – 23:00
Sunday: 10:00 – 19:00
