We are hiring German & Dutch-speaking Customer Advisors for a hybrid role in Belgium, within a structured and professional environment.

Your role:
– Manage customer interactions (phone/email)
– Provide support related to services and products
– Maintain high customer satisfaction

Location: Ghent, Belgium

Work conditions:
– 24/7 rotational shifts
– 7h30/day + 30 min break
– Hybrid after training

Important notes:
– Initial contracts are 1–3–6 months
– First month fully on-site
– Only 1 day/week remote after training

Requirements:
– German & Dutch fluency
– Customer-focused mindset
– Flexibility with shifts
