Job Overview

We are seeking a German-speaking Customer Support Agent to join a dynamic international support team. This remote position is based in Thessaloniki, Greece, offering the opportunity to assist customers with travel-related inquiries and booking management.

The role involves providing support through multiple communication channels while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and efficient problem resolution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, and messaging platforms.

  • Assist customers with reservations, cancellations, and booking modifications.

  • Resolve payment-related questions and process refunds when necessary.

  • Manage customer complaints and provide effective solutions.

  • Support customers with account access and platform-related questions.

  • Provide accurate information regarding services, policies, and procedures.

  • Maintain professional communication with customers and internal teams.

  • Work with multiple systems simultaneously while managing customer interactions.

Requirements

  • Native or C1 German language proficiency.

  • B2+ English proficiency for internal communication.

  • Strong written communication skills.

  • Good computer literacy and familiarity with Windows systems.

  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced support environment.

  • Customer-oriented mindset and strong problem-solving abilities.

  • Previous experience in customer service is an advantage but not required.
