Job Overview
We are seeking a German-speaking Customer Support Agent to join a dynamic international support team. This remote position is based in Thessaloniki, Greece, offering the opportunity to assist customers with travel-related inquiries and booking management.
The role involves providing support through multiple communication channels while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and efficient problem resolution.
Key Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, and messaging platforms.

Assist customers with reservations, cancellations, and booking modifications.

Resolve payment-related questions and process refunds when necessary.

Manage customer complaints and provide effective solutions.

Support customers with account access and platform-related questions.

Provide accurate information regarding services, policies, and procedures.

Maintain professional communication with customers and internal teams.

Work with multiple systems simultaneously while managing customer interactions.
Requirements

Native or C1 German language proficiency.

B2+ English proficiency for internal communication.
