Position Summary

We are seeking a Dutch-speaking Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Athens. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality support to business partners, including travel agencies and corporate clients.

The role primarily involves managing partner inquiries via email (approximately 80%), as well as handling phone communication (approximately 20%). The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple requests efficiently.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Respond to partner inquiries regarding travel bookings, ticketing, and related services.

  • Assist with modifications, cancellations, and refund processing.

  • Handle ticket issuance and service bookings through internal systems.

  • Provide support for group travel requests, including quotations and coordination.

  • Manage loyalty program services, such as mileage registration and ticket upgrades.

  • Process name corrections and booking updates.

  • Handle special service requests, including medical assistance when required.

  • Resolve complex cases, including booking changes caused by schedule adjustments.

  • Ensure accurate case tracking and maintain proper documentation in internal systems.

Required Qualifications

  • Fluency in Dutch (C1 level or higher).

  • Good command of English (minimum B2 level).

  • Higher education or high school diploma with at least 6 months of customer service experience.

  • Excellent written communication skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and general computer applications.

  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Typing speed of at least 25 words per minute with high accuracy.
