About the Role

We are currently looking for motivated Danish-speaking Customer Support Representatives to join a growing international team in Thessaloniki, Greece. In this role, you will assist customers with their questions, provide guidance when issues arise, and help ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide professional customer support through different communication channels.

  • Respond to customer inquiries and assist with general service-related questions.

  • Help customers resolve issues by providing clear guidance and solutions.

  • Deliver a positive and helpful customer experience at all times.

  • Escalate complex cases to the appropriate team when necessary.

  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and follow internal processes.

  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure efficient service delivery.

Requirements

  • Fluent Danish (C1 level or near-native).

  • Good command of English (B2 level) for internal communication and training.

  • Strong written communication skills.

  • Comfortable using computers and navigating multiple systems.

  • Customer-focused attitude with good problem-solving skills.

  • Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
