Are you passionate about digital marketing and paid campaigns? Do you want to grow your career supporting one of the world's fastest-growing tech giants? We are looking for a Marketing Customer Specialist to join our dynamic team in Lisbon, managing and optimizing ByteDance MPO Platforms.
What You Will Do
- Provide strategic support to clients managing paid marketing campaigns on ByteDance platforms.
- Troubleshoot platform issues, optimize ad performance, and guide users to maximize their ROI.
- Deliver high-quality customer service in both Spanish and English, ensuring an excellent user experience.
- Analyze campaign data and offer actionable insights to advertisers.
What We Are Looking For
- Degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
- Mandatory hands-on experience in paid campaign management (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.).
- Native or C1/C2 level in Spanish + professional fluency in English.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment with evolving shift patterns.
Work Schedule & Shifts
- Initial Phase: 12-hour operational window (Monday to Sunday). You will work a standard 8-hour shift within this hoop:
Shift A: 07:00 – 16:00
Shift B: 10:00 – 19:00
- Future Phase (TBC by client): Transition to a 24/7 rotative shift pattern (Monday to Sunday) with 2 rotative days off per week.
What We Offer
- Base Salary: €920 per month (paid over 14 months).
- Attendance Bonus: €40 per month (paid over 11 months).
