Are you a native Danish speaker looking for a stable, Monday-to-Friday role that lets you work from anywhere in Portugal? We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our team, helping users with everything from general inquiries to technical troubleshooting.

Whether you are already living in Portugal or looking to relocate for a fresh start, this role offers a permanent contract (CDI) and a supportive, structured environment.

Your Day-to-Day:

  • Assisting customers via phone, email, chat, and social media.
  • Handling pre-sales questions and basic technical troubleshooting.
  • Adapting the brand's "voice" to provide a helpful, human experience for every user.
  • Escalating more complex issues to higher-tier support when needed.

What we are looking for:

  • Native Danish speaker.
  • English B2 level (for internal communication and training).
  • A "can-do" attitude—technical support experience or a background in troubleshooting is a big plus!
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to stay organized while working remotely.

The Contract:

  • Type: CDI (Permanent) with a 3-month trial period.
  • Health Insurance: Included after 6 months of employment.
