Responsibilities:

• Design and optimize HVAC systems for energy efficiency and performance, meeting client needs.
• Work with teams to manage projects from start to finish, ensuring quality and deadlines are met.
• Troubleshoot system issues and offer innovative solutions.
• Manage project timelines and budgets, keeping stakeholders informed.
• Create clear technical documentation and communicate findings to clients and team members.
• Stay up to date on industry trends, materials, and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field, focused on HVAC systems.
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills with attention to detail.
• Familiar with HVAC materials, construction processes, and regulations.
• Curious and resourceful in finding solutions.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience managing projects and budgets is a plus.
• Willingness to visit construction sites and client facilities.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred but not required
