Job brief

Your main goal at Catena is to help us vet the best talent from countries in LatAm and Southeast Asia. You'll help us build a brand that our candidates trust because they know we help place them into phenomenal jobs where they'll be respected and able to grow.

Responsibilities

• Running our recruiting pipeline 
• Creating processes to make our recruiting organization more efficient, including best practices around ATS systems
• Building out our sourcing ecosystem across multiple countries
• Managing our recruiting team

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelors Degree
• 3+ years of demonstrated experience running a recruiting team
• Strong analytical and people management skills
