With a strong presence in key financial hubs such as Hong Kong and Shanghai, the platform leverages its global network and proprietary deal access to deliver differentiated investment opportunities and long-term value to its clients.

The role 

• Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute Singapore business strategy and annual revenue targets; drive business growth and enhance regional competitiveness.
• Lead institutional client acquisition and relationship management, focusing on Chinese enterprises, financial institutions and family offices.
• Monitor Singapore's financial market and regulatory landscape; provide tailored asset allocation solutions and deepen client value.
• Manage, develop and evaluate the regional team; build a high-performing team and strengthen business capabilities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• 10+ years of licensed experience in financial institutions with strong institutional client network and business development track record.
• Deep knowledge of Singapore financial regulations and asset allocation; ability to design independent business and service solutions.
• Strong team leadership, negotiation and communication skills; result-driven, fluent in English and Chinese, committed to compliance.
