We are partnering with a global logistics company to hire a client-focused Director/Senior Manager, Regional Sales to drive market share growth in air and ocean freight across key industries. In this role, you will own a strategic client portfolio, develop new business through consultative selling, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver seamless, end-to-end logistics solutions, including freight forwarding, customs broking, warehousing, and ground transportation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect, acquire, and grow relationships with new and existing clients in sectors such as manufacturing, retail, and industrial goods.
  • Lead end-to-end sales cycles from initial outreach and solution design to negotiation and onboarding, specialising in air and ocean freight.
  • Partner closely with operations, customer service, and compliance teams to ensure service excellence and rapid issue resolution.
  • Analyse market trends and client needs to tailor value-added logistics solutions that drive retention and wallet share.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand existing client relationships.
  • Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals. 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5- 7 years of B2B sales experience in freight forwarding, with proven success in air and ocean freight.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional language skills are a plus.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and data-driven sales planning.
