Human Resources Manager Logistics & Express Delivery (Jakarta, Indonesia)

Our client, a leading global logistics and express delivery company, is seeking an experienced human resources manager to join their expanding team in Jakarta, Indonesia.

In this role, you will lead a dedicated HR and administrative team to support nationwide operations, ensuring the seamless execution of full-spectrum HR functions.

The position also involves cross-functional coordination and administrative oversight. You will manage a team of 30+ staff, ensure compliance with local regulations, and drive improvements across HR systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the HR and admin team across all HR disciplines.

• Design and implement talent acquisition, retention, and succession planning strategies.

• Oversee compensation and benefits frameworks tailored to the logistics sector.

• Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and regional HR standards.

• Partner with operations, logistics, and finance teams to support broader business objectives.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in HR processes, systems, and administrative efficiency.

Requirement

• Minimum 8 years of HR work experience, preferably within the logistics or express delivery industry.

• Proven track record in managing diverse teams and navigating complex operational environments.

• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor law and HR best practices in Southeast Asia.

• Hands-on, adaptable, and strategic with excellent stakeholder management skills.
