Were looking for a Senior Business Development Manager to join a rapidly expanding global logistics provider, with a focus on cross-border e-commerce and last-mile innovation. In this remote role, youll be responsible for developing strategy, generating new business, and maintaining key relationships across your designated European market. The company operates with a core full-time over 900 workforces, while relying heavily on a large network of 30,000+ external/contract delivery drivers for its extensive delivery operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies that align with the companys goals and boost brand visibility in the European market
- Managing the full sales cycle from first contact to closing the deal and ensuring payment
- Collaborate with internal teams (pricing, operations, etc.) to tailor logistics solutions that meet customer needs
- Build lasting relationships with clients through regular communication and a customer-first approach
- Track performance data, adjust strategies based on insights, and ensure KPIs are consistently met
- Share key market intelligence and trends to help shape strategic decisions and stay ahead of the competition
- Work closely with major clients to drive innovation, set performance benchmarks, and strengthen the companys market position
- Bring energy, initiative, and collaboration to everything you do, contributing to a strong team culture
Requirement:
- 5+ years of sales experience in international express logistics, freight forwarding, or B2C cross-border e-commerce logistics
- Experience with air freight, warehousing, distribution, and parcel line-haul services
- Highly self-driven, resilient under pressure, and confident managing your own sales pipeline
- Great communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
- A strategic mindset with an understanding of marketing and brand positioning
- Fluency in Chinese is required
