Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire sales pipeline from prospecting to closure, ensuring alignment with company goals and efficiency in sales operations.
- Lead and inspire a team of sales representatives; focus on high performance and continuous improvement in identifying and closing new business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain robust relationships with key decision makers across law firms, legal organizations, financial institutions, and government bodies.
- Work closely with the product and engineering teams to integrate customer feedback and tailor our offerings to better meet market demands.
- Mentor and support the sales team through training and coaching, fostering a culture of success and innovation.
Requirements:
- At least 7 years in sales in IT software product, with a strong preference for backgrounds in law, AI/technology, or education sectors.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a high-performing sales team, with a track record of achieving significant sales targets.
- Deep understanding of the legal sector's dynamics and challenges, with insights into how technology can solve industry-specific problems.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Strong teamwork capabilities, particularly in a cross-functional setting.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia. Mandarin proficiency is highly advantageous.
