About the Client

You would most probably be a customer of our client. They play an important role in Singapores public transport system by being the middleman between you, the commuter, and all the other parts that help to make it world class.

Scope of Position :

Responsibilities

  • Sale of cards and products at the different offices located at various MRT stations or bus interchanges
  • Assisting in top up, card refunds or card claims

Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE N or O Level
  • Customer service mindset
  • Good communication skills and pleasant disposition
  • Must be comfortable with handling large amount of cash
  • Willing to work rotating shifts, weekends and Public Holidays

Salary 

  • Basic + Transport Allowance + Incentive Allowance + AWS + VB 

Working Location:

  • Islandwide, candidate will be placed under relief pool and will be required to roster at far end location if necessary

Working Hours:

  • Working hours: Shift work depends on roster and location allocated, required to work on weekends
  • There will be split shifts roster (3.15 hours break time)
  • Earliest start at 7.45am, latest shift end at 11pm
